It’s the morning after Halloween, and if there’s one thing I know I need to do it’s get something decent into my kids’ bellies.  (Okay, and mine too since I might have snuck a few plus pieces.)

Today’s smoothie was a huge hit and I even snuck in extra veggies.


1 banana

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/4 cup pickled beets

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup spinach

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

Blend and enjoy!! This made 3 good portioned smoothies for us.

(Because I need a little extra something today I went ahead and added my Superfood mix to my smoothie after I gave the kids theirs.)
